这是尼克松的国宴菜单,尼克松刚到中国的第一顿午餐毛就让自己的厨师给他送了3道菜,其中有一个是红烧滑水,可见崇洋媚外不是一两天的事了

那时的中国连尼克松夫人要喝的果汁都没得生产,只好让北京食品厂用手工榨汁灌装应急

记住了两家店:玉华台饭庄,是北京的淮扬菜老字号,1949“开国第一宴”的许多厨师是他那借调的。还有一个程府宴,就是毛的厨师开的。
